To support the effective management of your remuneration practices and to ensure internal equity, the grading of jobs through an objective process is essential. Working in close collaboration with you, we conduct a job evaluation and grading exercise to meet your specific needs.
We work with several systems including the Gradar Job Evaluation Engine, an online system for which we are the implementation partners in the East African region; Paterson Job Evaluation System; and Peromnes Job Evaluation System. As we do so, we build the capacity of your team to ensure that we leave skills behind that enables you to evaluate any new or changed jobs between one comprehensive job evaluation exercise and the next.
