Daniel Karori

Daniel is a Senior Consultant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA). He is a graduate student at USIU pursuing a Masters in Organization Development. He is an Associate Member of IHRM. He has experience in providing consultancy services to clients both in public and private sectors within Eastern Africa.

His key areas of expertise include organisation design and development, job design and grading, HR transformation and strategy, executive selection and search, HR auditing, talent assessment, performance, and rewards management. He is certified in Paterson, T.A.S.K. and gradar online job evaluation systems. He is an accredited BELBIN® profiler and TMA competency assessor.
